Thank you for shopping at AnimeHaven! Please read our shipping policy below for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and how we handle pre-orders and made-to-order apparel.
1. UK Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer a secure standard shipping service. Shipping rates are tiered based on your order value. All orders are specially packed and fully tracked. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

3. Split Shipments & Multiple Warehouses (Important)
To bring you the widest selection of anime merchandise and exclusive apparel, we partner with multiple specialty distributors and Print-on-Demand facilities. Because of this, your items may be shipped from different locations.

Separate Deliveries: If your order contains items from different warehouses (e.g., a figure and a hoodie), they will be shipped separately and arrive in different packages. In this case, you will receive different tracking numbers for each package.

Combined Shipping Fees: Shipping rates are same as the standard rates even if your order ships from different locations.

You will always see the exact, final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Delivery times depend on the type of product you are ordering:

In-Stock Figures & Merchandise:

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Made-to-Order Apparel (Hoodies, T-Shirts, etc.):

Processing & Delivery: Because these items are custom-printed just for you, they require extra production time. Please allow 7–14 business days for apparel to arrive. Express delivery is not available for these items.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-order volumes, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
5. Pre-Orders and Mixed Orders
Because we sell highly anticipated collectible figures, many of our items are offered as Pre-Orders.

Pre-Order Shipping: Pre-orders will be processed and shipped as soon as the stock arrives at our UK warehouse. Please note that manufacturer release dates are estimates and subject to change.

Mixed Orders: If your cart contains both "In-Stock" items and "Pre-Order" items from the same warehouse, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.

If you want your in-stock items to be delivered immediately, please place a separate order for them.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Packages returned to us due to address errors.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@animehaven.co.uk after placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.
7. Damaged Packages
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us at support@animehaven.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right, covering any return shipping costs for items damaged in transit as per our Refund Policy.
